Responsibilities
- Planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Creating, executing, and analyzing campaigns across various digital channels, with a particular focus on email marketing using data and analytics tools.
- Developing and maintaining an overall email marketing strategy. Defining target audiences, setting campaign goals, and determining KPIs. Supporting optimization of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make the best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.
- Implementing marketing automation tools within the CRM system to streamline marketing processes (email campaigns, lead nurturing, customer onboarding).
- Collaborating closely with internal departments and external digital agencies.
- Analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Using these insights to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Generating regular reports to update stakeholders on marketing performance.
- Performing as a project manager for specific internal digital campaigns and projects.
- Participating in market research and polls, processing and analyzing results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp) and understanding of email marketing best practices, knowledge of privacy and data protection best practice.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag manager).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
- English sufficient for work.
