Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients who wish to purchase a property from the company portfolio.
- Follow up on the step-by-step process to ensure long lasting relationships with clients and smooth credible processes.
- Organize and attend viewings, offer comprehensive analysis of company services, apply effective sales and negotiation techniques to generate sales promoting client satisfaction.
- Offer alternative solutions to accommodate client needs and company strategy.
- Work closely with the Sales and Legal team to align sales strategy and overall business objectives.
- Use company software efficiently to ensure proper data collection and update to facilitate the sales and legal process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience achieved from ideally a relevant industry whereby you are knowledgeable in some of the different product types we sell.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, results driven, demonstrating tenacity and drive.
- A willingness to travel nationally to meet prospective clients and close new business.
- Fluent in French and English language (written and spoken).
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
- Owner of a valid driver’s license.
