We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract (1-2 years) with the possibility of extension. Job Description:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and publishing job ads, proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining strong, up-to-date talent pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying opportunities, sharing insights, and helping to implement best practices that enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with company growth goals and key talent acquisition metrics.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to generate insights, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition Partner role with full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition field.
• Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared hiring goals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
