The  “Expenses” feature allows you to keep track of the expenses and monitor the costs you have for the vehicles of your business!  The way this system works is very simple, as all you have to do is:

• Select the vehicle you desire
• Choose the type of expense (Fuel, Maintenance, Parking, etc)
• Enter the amount of the expense
• Choose the date this expense occurred
• Add notes – optional but yet useful to exist
• Save it!

Below you can see at a glance how informative and useful our new feature is, as you can easily and at a glance check the big picture of your expenses. Last but not least, you have the ability to create reports and download them as PDFs in order to keep a record of your expenses!
