The Notes feature in our GPS tracking software allows you to add and manage detailed notes related to your tracked objects in an organized and efficient way. This feature is designed to help you keep important information at your fingertips, ensuring better communication and streamlined operations. In order to access the Notes simply click on Office Management and then Notes.

Key Functionalities #

1. Set Notes Title
   Create a clear and concise title for your note to make it easy to identify at a glance.
2. Set Notes Description
   Add detailed information or context to your note. Use this field to include all relevant details about the specific object or situation.
3. Select Object the Note is About
   Assign the note to a specific object (e.g., vehicle, driver, or asset) within your system. This ensures the note is linked to the correct entity for easy reference.
4. Set Tag Name
   Add a tag name to categorize or label your note. Tags help you group similar notes together and improve searchability.
5. Set Tag Color
   Assign a color to your tag for visual distinction. Color coding makes it easier to identify note categories or priorities at a glance.
