Reminders

Through our GPS Software you have access to a great service called Reminders. This service allows you to create reminders about various aspects of your vehicles. 

In order to access Reminders simply click the Office Management menu on the top menu bar, and then choose Reminders as it is highlighted below.

From the new page that will appear, you have the option to create 3 types of reminders:

• Event Reminders
• Odometer Value Reminders
• Engine Hour Reminders

Event Reminders: This is the most commonly used type of reminder, where you get notified on a specific date. For example, you can create a reminder like “Notify me about X on 10 September 2023”.

Odometer Value Reminders: On this type of reminder you can get notified when your vehicle reaches a specific value of driven kilometers/miles. For example, you can create a reminder like “Notify me when my vehicle reaches 25.000 km”. Note: In order to create this type of reminder, it is mandatory first to add the existing kilometers/miles your vehicle has (check here how to do it).

Engine Hours Reminders: On this type of reminder you can get notified when the engine of your vehicle has reached a certain threshold. For example, you can create a reminder like “Notify me when my engine reaches 500 working hours”. Note: In order to create this type of reminder, it is mandatory first to add the existing hours your engine has (check here how to do it).

Once you choose your preferred type of Reminder, the next step is to choose the vehicle you want to create the reminder about, add the value you wish according to the type of reminder and finally check how you want to get notified. The available Notification methods are:

• Email
• System Message (push notification).
• System Message (push notification) + email.
